Benn Begins & Nelson Ships In
The new build and social housing team at Liniar has seen the appointment of two key team members: Martin Benn and Stuart Nelson.
Liniar is a major player in supplying the UK PVC-U market, particularly for systems that are used in window fabrication.
Benn has become Sales Director, New Build & Social Housing, while Nelson is now the Commercial Manager for the same division. Both started on13 July 2026.
Benn and Nelson have collectively spent more than 50 years within the industry. Throughout their careers, they have both worked at the forefront of the new build market, building long-standing relationships with national and regional housebuilders, driving specification success and helping to secure significant market share across the sector.
Opportunities
Their decision to join Liniar reflects both the strength of the company’s growth ambitions and the significant opportunities that exist within the new build and social housing markets.
