Building Relationships – EVA CRM Coming to FIT 27
A CRM tool that empowers installation businesses to focus on engaging happy customers, stronger profitability and great projects will be one of the headlines of FIT Show 2027.
EVA CRM has been launched as a standalone business by the Emplas group using its knowledge of the market and its own team of inhouse developers who will continue to support the customer relationship management tool going forward.
FIT Show is the UK’s only dedicated fabricator and installer tradeshow, taking place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 18-20 May, 2027.
Also aimed at fabricators
Using FIT Show as a launchpad, EVA CRM will introduce its platform to a wider market of fabricators, installers and related trade businesses, while building on the success of the system already developed and used within the wider Emplas business.
EVA CRM has been created to support different business models and offer a more flexible approach to customer relationship management. The platform is designed to integrate directly with manufacturers, pulling data into the CRM through API links and helping businesses streamline operations, improve accuracy and support growth.
Connections
Headed up by Jo-Anne Savant, EVA CRM will utilise FIT Show 2027 as an opportunity to introduce EVA CRM properly to the market and connect with a broader audience of fabricators, installers, doors and windows businesses and wider trade partners.
