Tower Power – New Homes Plan For Borough

Clarion has appointed The Hill Group to deliver 145 new social rent homes at Clare House in London’s Tower Hamlets where there is an acute housing need.

The Hill Group will act as the main contractor.

Following the completion of demolition works, main construction of the redevelopment is scheduled to begin in April 2027, with completion anticipated in 2029.

The appointment builds on an established relationship between Clarion and Hill Group, who have successfully partnered on a number of developments.

Energy-efficiency focus

Clare House has been redesigned to deliver sustainable, well-built homes that meet modern standards, with a focus on energy efficiency and long-term performance. Low-bills will be a key element.
