Devon Cream – A Fab Rise For Fabframes

Devon’s Fabframes has found that aluminium has risen like cream to the top of its sales charts. It has now opened a dedicated manufacturing facility to meet demand.

The move comes less than twelve months after entering the market with Stellar Aluminium.

The fabricator initially added Stellar Aluminium to its portfolio in August 2025, attracted by the system’s combination of good looks, fabrication efficiency and installer-friendly design.

Strong addition

Mike Taylor, the managing director at Fabframes, said: “When we first invested in Stellar Aluminium, we were confident it would be a strong addition to our business. What we’ve experienced over the last 12 months has exceeded our expectations. Demand has continued to grow, our customer base has expanded and we quickly reached the point where a dedicated aluminium manufacturing facility was the natural next step.”

Installer response

A key factor behind the company’s success has been the response from installers. Taylor said: “The feedback we receive from customers is consistently positive. One of the biggest benefits they highlight is how easy Stellar products are to install. The pre-gasketed knock-in beads save valuable time on site and make installations quicker and more efficient. In today’s market, anything that helps installers save time while maintaining quality is a major advantage.”

Full Monty

As demand has increased, Fabframes has also expanded its Stellar offering and now manufactures the complete portfolio, including casement windows, flush windows, residential doors, heritage windows, bi-fold doors, inline sliding doors and lift-and-slide doors.

Taylor added: “Being able to offer the full Stellar range means our customers can source all their aluminium requirements from one supplier.”
