Solar And Eclipse
The BBSA has seen Purplex Marketing set out what has been achieved since being appointed; and a summer focus on solar shading. The agency has eclipsed all expectations.
Purplex was appointed as the British Blind and Shutter Association's marketing partner earlier this year.
The meeting also saw the strategy shaping its marketing over the year ahead presented.
Since taking on the account, Purplex has delivered a full rebrand for the BBSA alongside ongoing SEO, social media and paid advertising activity.
Solar shading
At the meeting, Purplex also shared insight into the solar shading sector, including how AI-powered search is changing the way people find products and services online.
Sam Cross, the commercial director at Purplex Marketing, said: "A few months into the partnership, the rebrand is landing well and we're already seeing stronger engagement across social and search.
“The BBSA has also just signed off a PR campaign timed around this summer's heatwave, using the current surge in public interest in overheating and solar shading to get the association's message in front of homeowners and journalists while the subject is front of mind."
Andrew Chalk, the director of operations at the BBSA, said: "Purplex have been a breath of fresh air since coming on board. The new brand has been well received. The results so far have been impressive. It was interesting to hear more about how AI is changing searches and what that means for us and our members.
“Summers are getting hotter, so we need partners like Purplex to spread the message about solar shading more than ever."
